Governing law and Contract Formation
No contract will exist between you and freshfarms.co.uk for the sale of any product unless
and until freshfarms.co.uk accept your order through its web sites and confirm by e-mail that
we have dispatched your order
That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have
effectively communicated to you at the time freshfarms.co.uk sends the e-mail to you.
For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in
the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interrupted, construed and enforced

and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case,
you agree to cooperate with freshfarms.co.uk's defence of such claim.

Pricing Disclaimer

a small number of the items on our web site may be wrongly priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price
due to typographical, photographic, or technical error in pricing information, freshfarms.co.uk shall have the right to refuse
or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.

If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price we will charge the lower amount
If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price if you so wish.

or cancel any orders placed on wrongly advertised priced items whether or not the order has been confirmed
and payment has been received. If a payment has already been received for the purchase and your order is cancelled,

suspend or discontinue all or any aspect to the service at any time, including the availability of any feature or
database without prior notice or liability.
